URBAN SHAKEDOWN


Urban Shakedown was the joint venture of Gavin King, Mickey Finn and Claudio Giussani. The trio were responsible for rave classics 'Some Justice' and 'Bass shake'. There are other tracks in the shakedown catalogue including 'Bass Speaker', 'Ruff Justice', 'Do it Now!', 'Assasinator', 'Analogue' and more.

Mickey and Gavin went on to form Urban Takeover, Claudio is now producing a more techno sound as Terra Ferma.

The 12 inches made in the early nineties are now highly regarded and command collectors prices. The catalogue is now deleted. The music playing in the flash movie is from a special mix of Some Justice made for early raves such as Rain Dance, World Dance and Telepathy.
